dc.descriptionSpiritual Attachment to the Holy Father Pope in Greek-Catholic Church in Romania. The present study captures the attitude of Romanian Greek Catholic believers towards the person of the Pope. This attitude is reflected in the relations that have existed over time between the Roman Pontiffs and the Greek Catholic Church on the territory of present-day Romania. On the one hand, there are various pontifical actions in favor of the Romanians united with the Church of Rome, and on the other hand, the Greek Catholic Romanians will be able to give their lives for the biblical truth of the Petrine primate. REZUMAT: Atașamentul spiritual față de Sfântul Părinte Papa în Biserica Greco-Catolică din România. Studiul de față surprinde atitudinea credincioșilor greco-catolici români față de persoana Papei. Atitudinea respectivă se reflectă în relațiile care au existat de-a lungul istoriei între Pontifii Romani și Biserica Greco-Catolică de pe teritoriul actualii Românii. Pe de o parte, există diferite intervenții pontificale în favoarea românilor uniți cu Biserica Romei, iar pe de altă parte regăsim atitudini care determină în greco-catolicii români mărturii puternice care ating chiar nivelul sacrificiului suprem pentru adevărul biblic al primatului petrin.  Cuvinte-cheie: devoțiune, papa de la Roma, primatul petrin, Biserica Greco-Catolică din România.  en-US
