dc.descriptionExorcism and exorcist in the canonical discipline of the Catholic Church. The study aims to present an overview of the reality of the exorcism and the exorcist in the Catholic Church, having as a starting point the disciplinary and canonical dimension, as it results from the canonical law, the interventions of the Magisterium and other theological studies that deal with the argument. The liturgical dimension of this reality is then evaluated on the basis of the differences presented by the different traditions of the Catholic Church, especially Latin and Byzantine. Finally, it will be presented briefly, with the clear intention to promote the deep understanding and significance of this reality, but also to mark the attention they enjoyed in the last period, some masterful interventions regarding both the exorcisms and the healing prayers. Exorcism și exorcist în disciplina canonică a Bisericii Catolice. Studiul își propune să prezinte o imagine de ansamblu asupra realității exorcismului și a exorcistului în Biserica Catolică, având ca punct de plecare preponderent dimensiunea disciplinară și canonică, așa cum rezultă aceasta din legislația canonică, din intervențiile Magisteriului și din alte studii teologice care tratează argumentul. Este apoi evaluată și dimensiunea liturgică a acestei realități în baza diferențelor pe care le prezintă diferitele tradiții ale Bisericii Catolice, în special latină și bizantină. În final, va fi prezentat succint, cu intenția clară de a favoriza înțelegerea și semnificația profundă a acestei realități, dar și de a marca atenția de care se bucură în ultima perioadă, câteva intervenții magistrale care privesc atât exorcismele cât și rugăciunile de vindecare.
