dc.descriptionLandscapes evoked in Marguerite Duras’ e Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen’s works. In her novels, dramatic and cinematographic works, Marguerite Duras places us in a crossroad of contemplations, build with memories. The symbolic elements evoked are articulated in harmony with the remembered real landscape. In Sophia, to see and to remember are synonymic forms. Each detail of the landscape is signed and carefully placed in the space and in the time of the memory that is weaved. In this essay we propose to compare the writings of Marguerite Duras and Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen signalizing the way how those authors invite us to an exercise of contemplation, evocating landscapes and memories. Rezumat. Peisaje evocate în opera lui Marguerite Duras și a Sophiei de Mello Breyner Andresen. În opera sa romanesca, dramatică și cinematografică, Marguerite Duras ne plasează în locul de întâlnire a mai multor contemplații, construite cu ajutorul amintirilor. Elementele simbolice evocate se articulează în mod armonios cu peisajul real reamintit. În opera Sophiei de Mello Breyner Andresen, a privi și a-ți aminti sunt aproape sinonime. Fiecare detaliu din peisaj este arătat și situat cu grijă în spațiul și timpul amintirii care se întrețese. În acest eseu propunem o comparație a operelor lui Marguerite Duras și Sophiei de Mello Breyner Andresen, subliniind modul în care scriitura acestor două autoare ne invită să facem un exercițiu de contemplație, prin evocarea peisajelor și a amintirilor.
